TechCon is the technology conference held at TD Bank. In its inaugural edition, I was responsible for coordinating the creative production of streaming content and the in-person live event, as well as the coverage and creation of promotional materials for internal communication and social media.

By employing agile methodologies and actively collaborating with the team, we successfully produced over 30 high-quality videos and graphic materials for the event. I also coordinated volunteers, managed stage movements and assets, and provided creative technical support. All of this was accomplished in under two months—a record for TD—without incurring financial or mental costs for the creative team.
