The Manulife Global Leadership Team Offsite is an annual event that gathers over 300 C-level executives, senior leaders, and leadership teams for a four-day conference. The event serves as a platform to discuss strategies, present solutions, and align goals for the upcoming fiscal year.

In 2023, the offsite took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore and was completely reimagined to provide an exceptional experience that reinforced both the Manulife brand and its employee branding efforts. The project included stage design, showflow planning, content development, and the creative direction of the external production team.
